Refund and Cancellation Policy
We provide digital licenses for software products such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, Plesk, Immunify360, etc.
Once a license key or service has been activated, refunds or cancellations are generally not possible. However, refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Failure to deliver the license or activation within 24 hours
- Technical issue preventing delivery, verified by our support team
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
